The Bill (Reg. No4415) suggests the improvement of the effective legislation on licensing issues.
In particular it suggests the restriction of the normative legal acts in the sphere of licensing: Constitution and the Laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and also ratified international treaties. The bill strictly defines the register of documents and data, necessary for the license obtaining. The term of the application submission on registration of licenses is to be increased from 10 to 15 days.
The Bill suggests the addition of the clause 339 of the Economic Code of Ukraine by the principles according to which, the individual regime of licensing is to be implemented only to the participants of the foreign economic activity.
According to the Committee members, the suggested amendments to the Law "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity" are "groundless and do not harmonize with the aim of the adoption of this bill, directed on the protection of the business entities and the issue on liability of the officials for the non-execution of their duties have already been regulated."
